Meet at the University Fieldhouse at 6:30pm. The workout options are as follows:
Unless otherwise stated, recovery is 1:1 (the amount of time it took you to run the interval is the same amount of time you get for recovery)
Option 1: 6 x 600 (w/ 400 steady, last 200 fast)
Option 2: 5 x 1000
Option 3: 1 mile time trial
Option 4: Create your own |
